“The taste for pots and pans dates back to my childhood where the home-made traditional dishes prepared by my mother and grand mother grew in me the love and care for our traditional cuisine.
From the beef pastries to the chicken Fricassé, some of my favourites, always bring me to that magical place where smells and flavours keep the memories alive.
Since this time, it is always my priority to bring that same love and care to the dishes we serve to our guests a share this way a little bit of home and national food authenticity”*
